Eligibility
If you work at least 30 hours a week, you are eligible for Dexter benefits — and you can cover your spouse and children too.
You are eligible for benefits if you are an active full-time employee working at least 30 hours per week.
You may enroll your eligible dependents in many of the same plans you choose for yourself.
Eligible dependents include:
- Your legal spouse (opposite-sex or same-sex)
- Your biological, adopted or stepchildren up to age 26
- Children of any age, if incapable of self-support due to mental or physical disability
You are required to provide proof of eligibility for any new dependents added to your coverage.
CBA and Union employees
The benefits described on this site do not apply to CBA employees. Union employees should note that 401(k) matching and profit sharing rules differ.
