Leave of Absence
Need time away for your health or your family? Here’s how to request a leave through Unum.
Dexter works with Unum to manage leaves of absence. You request a leave online through Unum, and Unum guides you through the process, from your first request until you return to work.
Your local Dexter HR representative can answer questions about Dexter’s leave policies.

- A new child: after 12 months with Dexter, you’re eligible for two weeks of parental leave paid at 100%, paid at the same time as any short-term disability benefits. Learn about parental leave.
