Vision Benefits
Dexter offers vision coverage through VSP and XP Health, and your benefits refresh every calendar year.
You may elect vision coverage through either VSP or XP Health. Both plans provide an annual eye exam plus an allowance toward glasses or contact lenses, and your benefits refresh every calendar year.
You will pay the least when you use a provider in your plan’s network.

VSP: visit vsp.com or download the VSP Vision Care app and go to the Find a Doctor page.
XP Health: visit xphealth.co/dexteraxle, go to the Vision Care section, click My Program, then Find a Provider.

The VSP plan also offers a 20% discount on additional glasses and sunglasses, including lens options, when provided by a VSP doctor within 12 months of your last eye exam.
