Two weeks at full pay to bond with your new baby, after 12 months with Dexter.
You are eligible for parental leave after 12 months of employment. Dexter offers two weeks of parental leave paid at 100% to give you time to bond with your new child. Benefits begin on day one of your approved leave and are paid concurrently with applicable short-term disability benefits.
