How a claim works, end to end
- Alex is injured in a soccer game and needs knee surgery.
- Alex calls Quantum Health for help finding a provider, and schedules an appointment.
- Alex pays the copay or out-of-pocket cost.
- The provider submits the bill for services.
- The claim is reviewed and paid, and an Explanation of Benefits is sent to Alex.
- Alex receives a provider bill and compares it to the EOB. If they match, no action is needed.
- If they do not match, Alex calls Quantum Health, who connects him to Imagine360. Their experts take over.
