They are here to simplify your healthcare experience by replacing ID cards, finding in-network providers and so much more. Your Care Coordinators are with you every step of your healthcare journey, from navigating medical claims, check-ups and pre-certifications. Your Care Coordinators can organize and simplify your benefits to provide you with a better experience when you need care. Depending on your healthcare needs, there are nurses, clinicians and benefit specialist ready to advocate for you and your family. Make Quantum your first call before scheduling your visit or procedure to ensure you get the best value for your care. They will assist you will all the following and so much more:
- Explain Dexter's benefits
- Find in-network providers
- Manage chronic conditions
- Contact providers to discuss treatment
- Health with claims and billing
- Create health improvement plans and wellness goals
- Help avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket spending
Lower quality medical care can lead to higher complications, unnecessary procedures and a higher change of misdiagnosis-costing you more time and money.
PRICE PROTECTION
Your medical plan has build-in price protection to make sure you don't overpay for care. Quantum Health will work with Imagine360 to make sure your claims don't go over your plan's allowable limits. That saved you and Dexter money. If a provider sends you a bill that goes over your out-of-pocket responsibility as shown on your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), your Quantum Health Care Coordinator will help. Be sure to notify your Care Coordinator as soon as possible if you have a question about a bill. They'll connect you with an advocacy expert at Imagine360 who will work on your behalf to resolve the bill with your provider.

UNDERSTANDING PRICE PROTECTION
When it comes to paying for care, your health plan uses price protection. That means instead of using a specific provider network, your plan pays all providers based on a set price for each medical service.
This approach helps keep costs fair and transparent - both for you and Dexter. But it also means some providers may not recognize your coverage right away.
WHAT TO SAY WHEN YOU GO TO A PROVIDER
When scheduling or arriving for your appointment, it's important to let them know that your medical plan doesn't use a provider network. Here's what you should say:
"I don't have a provider network, but my plan pays providers directly based on fair, industry-standard rates. If you have any questions about billing or need help verifying my benefits, please call the Quantum Health Care Coordinators."
You can also show your medical ID card - it has all the information your provider needs to contact your Care Coordinators.
NEW MEDICAL ID CARD
Later this year, you'll receive a new medical ID card. This card will replace your current medical ID card. Be sure to present the card to your health care providers when you are receiving health care services. If the provider has questions, they can call the phone number on the ID card.
