Effective 1/1/2026, GLP-1s for weight loss and the Lark Prediabetes program will no longer be a part of the Dexter Medical Plan.
Digbi addresses obesity, diabetes, and digestive health issues for members 18+ based on a members personalized biology.

QUALIFY FOR THE 2027 WELLNESS CREDIT
If you complete an annual preventive wellness exam by September 30, 2026, you will receive a credit to your medical paycheck premium. Earn up to $900 for Employee Only for $1,800 for Employee + Spouse coverage per year! You can complete your preventive wellness exam through your Primary Care Physician, or by using TextCare through One-to-One.
- How do I schedule an annual preventive wellness exam? Contact your Primary Physician or contact TextCare at 574-227-5490 to connect with a provider.
- What do I need to do prior to my appointment? It is important to have an understanding of your health history and health information. You will need to know your height, weight, current health status, a list of all medicines you take, your preferred pharmacy and a list of all care providers that you use.
- What happens during an annual preventive wellness exam? The doctor will ask you health related questions, perform or guide you through a physical exam, answer any questions you may have, and provide personalized health recommendations.
- Does my spouse also need to complete an annual preventive wellness exam? Yes. If your spouse is covered under your Dexter health plan, they must complete a wellness exam by September 30, 2026 to help your qualify for the 2027 wellness credit.
- Will I pay anything for this visit? No, as long as your visit is coded as a preventive services, it is covered at 100%.
