Dexter is excited to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for 2025.
We are pleased to provide you with a wide range of benefits that meet your needs. You have the flexibility to choose the benefits that are right for you whether it is just you, plus one or your family - to keep you physically and financially healthy now and in the future.
Letter from Roger Parker
Dear Team,
We are prepared to support your health and well-being year-round. I understand selecting the right benefits for your personal needs can be tricky, so we have worked hard to offer several different plans and resources.
What are the key actions to improve your well-being?
- Review your benefit options carefully. Think about your individual health needs and what plans can support your future when making your choices.
- Check out our well-being programs, like the Lark Diabetes Prevention Program and Carrum Health for hip and knee surgeries or cancer treatment.
- Use generic prescriptions – they can save you money.
- For non-emergency issues, consider using virtual care, urgent care, or immediate care centers instead of going to the emergency room.
- Remember to schedule your preventive care visits, like annual checkups and immunizations, which are fully covered by all our medical plans.
Every year, we review our offerings to make sure they are affordable and competitive. Our Courage to Care culture demonstrates that your health is our top priority, and we want to give you the resources you need to do well.
Thank you for being an important part of our team. Your hard work makes our company great!
