end<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Alex is injured in a soccer game and needs knee surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Alex calls Quantum Health for help finding a provider, and schedules an appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Alex pays the copay or out-of-pocket cost.<\/li>\n<li>The provider submits the bill for services.<\/li>\n<li>The claim is reviewed and paid, and an Explanation of Benefits is sent to Alex.<\/li>\n<li>Alex receives a provider bill and compares it to the EOB. If they match, no action is needed.<\/li>\n<li>If they do not match, Alex calls Quantum Health, who connects him to Imagine360.
